Between us we have raised 9 children. We have worked extensively with students in Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. In our professional capacity we have been involved with 1000’s of young people, their parents and teachers.

Secret Girls’ Business

The Secret Girls’ Business Partnership evolved due to the authors’ desire to support the increasing number of girls experiencing early puberty.
Our search, to find suitable age appropriate sexuality education books, revealed the lack of puberty books written for this age group.
Due to the need for suitable sex education books for young girls, experiencing early puberty we wrote and published our first book ‘Secret Girls’ Business’

Following the overwhelming success of this book (over 30,000 books sold by June 2011) and the demand from boys:
“Where is the boys’ ‘Secret’ book?” ‘Secret Boys’ Business’ was written.

We have continued to write and publish puberty resources, including a series of very successful disability puberty books.
All of these puberty education books have sold very successfully in Australia and increasingly overseas.

Our Australian company SGB Publishing Pty Ltd has negotiated the translation of ‘Special Boys’ Business’ and ‘Special Girls’ Business’ into Japanese and these books have been published in Japan.

Negotiations are being finalised to translate Secret Girls' Business and Secret Boys' Business into Greek and these books will be published in Greece.
